Refunds

Digital Products (Courses and Workshops): All sales are final. Unless otherwise specified No refunds are offered due to the immediate delivery of these materials.

1:1 Coaching Services: Coaching packages, the Life Shift Snapshot, Life Strategy Sessions and/ or individual coaching sessions are non-refundable. Rescheduling of a strategy call or 1:1 Coaching call session is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice via email to hello[at]SachaWhitehead.com. Failure to show up or reschedule within 48 hours forfeits the session.

If a technical issue prevents delivery of a product or service, the Company will, at its discretion, provide a replacement or refund.

Specific Product / Service Refund Polices: Unstuck to Unstoppable - Digital Course

This program is delivered in full upon purchase and includes immediate access to all course materials. As such, no refunds will be issued for change-of-mind, lack of time, or failure to engage with the course.

However, a 14-day conditional refund is offered to customers who complete the course in full and actively engage with the workbook exercises but do not feel it has delivered the promised value. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- The refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the purchase date by emailing hello[at]SachaWhitehead.com.

The customer must:

a)Have completed of all course modules

b) Submit / Send completed workbook exercises 

c) Include a written explanation outlining how the course did not meet expectations or help the customer make progress

Refunds will processed if the above requirements are submitted and deemed satisfactory by the Company. The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.

Promotions and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or sales on products or services. Only one promotional offer, discount, or credit may be applied to any single purchase or service at any one time. Multiple discounts, promotional credits, or offers cannot be combined.

Discounts and promotional offers do not stack and cannot be used in conjunction with other sales, promotions, or special offers unless explicitly stated in writing.

We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or limit any promotion, discount, or offer at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
